DAMAGED/ DEFECTITIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you received merchandise that has been damaged during transit, we'll provide an exchange or refund. Please email at info.fairysbox@gmail.com along with a photo of the defective item within 14 days.

CHANGE MIND / REFUNDS
If you simply change your mind and wish to exchange or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours. Please send the products with RMA Number (return number). And you will need to cover the shipping expenses.
