My family's business, a carnival articles and toys shop, was forced to close its doors as gatherings and celebrations were put on hold. With children turning to electronic gadgets, the demand for traditional toys dwindled.

Faced with the challenge of supporting our family and paying our mortgage, I embarked on a journey to China in search of work. However, a single salary couldn't cover our expenses. It was during this challenging time that I stumbled upon the world of jewelry.
